Sham completed M.Tech. in Aerospace from IIT Madras and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. He did Postdoctoral Research at VirginiaTech, Blacksburg, USA on a project for NASA in collaboration with Lockheed Martin. He worked in aerospace Industry for about 10 years in Europe and India. He is also associated with academic institutes for over 4 years in teaching and research. He is currently working as Adjunct Professor for Entrepreneurship Development at Technology Business Incubation at an engineering insititution. He is a Founder of Epipheny Healthcare Innovations, which is focused on developing innovative products and solutions in the area of Healthcare.
